FAQs

Am I really a theist now?

Yes. You have publicly declared yourself a theist.

Can I change my mind?

No.

Now that I'm a declared theist, do I have to believe in Creationism or Intelligent Design?

Why wouldn't you?

Why do you seem to think that all theists are Christians?

A theist is someone who believes in God. There is only one true God. Therefore if you say you are a theist and are not a Christian, you are a blasphemer or pagan and will burn in Hell for eternity.

Should I argue with an/or make fun of people with different beliefs than mine?

Those who have not heard and accepted the Word should be shunned, but not until you have repeatedly attempted to show them the error of their ways.

What is the best way to argue with an atheist?

Rolling your eyes as they try and make their ridiculous "points," then shaking your head in sadness and telling them that you'll pray for them.

Should I really pray for them?

Only if you can't think of anything better to pray for.

My atheist friends tell me that as a theist I'm blindly following the teachings of religious leaders instead of using my intelligence to make up my own mind. How should I respond?

By not having atheist friends.

Are there any books I should read?

The Bible. Maybe Pilgrim's Progress. Then the Bible again.

So what do I do now?

Rejoice in the saving of your everlasting soul and send one of God's representatives 10% of your money.
